When we build your swimming pool, we consider carefully the environment in which the pool is to be built and, when construction begins, we follow a strict developmental strategy.

Our Development Strategy:

This has three phases:

Phase One:

•

Personal on site consultation with the client

•

Design pool following client’s specification

•

Approval

•

Mark out swimming pool - approval by client

•

Dig swimming pool

•

Inspection

•

Steel reinforcing

•

Hand pack shell using 30mpa premix concrete, including weir, lights and aimflos

Phase Two:

•

Plumb in all piping

•

Installation of electrical connections

•

Construction of any water features, planters and retaining walls

•

Pool surround development

•

Internal tiling

•

Filtration unit

•

Salt chlorinator/solar systems/heat pumps

Phase Three:

•

Marblite of swimming pool

•

Chemical treatment of swimming pool water

•

Commissioning of swimming pool and hand over

Options:
Automatic pool cleaner can be installed ten days after completion of the swimming pool.

Salt and stabiliser can be added thirty days after completion of the swimming pool, (only if a salt chlorinator has been installed to the swimming pool).
